1. Mobile Service & Travel Fees

Combo rates apply when both services are completed for the same person during one appointment. Mobile travel, laboratory/MRO, confirmation, after-hours, and specialty fees may apply unless specifically included.

All non-medical elderly care visits require a minimum of three consecutive hours. Service availability depends on scope, staffing, insurance, and applicable registration.
10. Transportation & Errands

For regular employer accounts, volume discounts may be offered: 10–24 collections/month up to 5%; 25–49/month up to 10%; 50+ by custom contract.
Payment, Scheduling & Cancellation Policies
- All services are by appointment only. Non-medical elderly care appointments require a three-hour minimum.
- Until secure online checkout is available, payment arrangements are confirmed directly when scheduling. A card or deposit may be requested to reserve an appointment.
- Credit/debit card, business check, or electronic invoice may be available by arrangement.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before an appointment may incur a $50 charge. Same-day cancellations after travel begins may be charged the full mobile-visit fee.
- Returned payments may incur a $35 fee. Employer invoices may be due within 15 days under an approved account.
- Prices can vary based on distance, supplies, personnel, time, laboratory requirements, and testing panel. Final quotes will be confirmed before the appointment.
- Fida Care does not currently bill insurance. All published figures are introductory or starting rates and should be confirmed before booking.
